RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

APPLIES ONLY TO ORDERS WITHIN THE U.S.

Return or exchange requests must be made within 15 days of the purchase date.

Returns:

We're sorry to hear you want to return an item.

If you wish to return your purchase, you have 15 days to do so. Please email us at contacto@camilacanabal.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with further instructions.

You can choose to receive Store Credit to use on future purchases or request a refund for the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in perfect condition, in their original packaging, with all tags attached.

We will notify you by email once we receive and process your return. If you choose a refund, the money will be returned via the same payment method used for the purchase. For credit card payments, processing time will depend on your bank.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the products are not in good condition, have been used or altered in any way, or if the original tags are missing.

Underwear and/or swimwear are not eligible for exchange or return.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange your product for a different size or style, you can do so within 15 days of the purchase date. We are happy to assist you.

Please send an email to contacto@camilacanabal.com. Include your order number and the reason for the exchange. We will send you an email with further instructions.

Items must be returned unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in perfect condition. All items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached and in perfect condition. Returned packages must include all bags, wrappers, boxes, and certificates included in the original packaging.

We will ship your new product as soon as the exchange is processed in our store. Please allow approximately 7 to 10 business days from the day we receive your returned product at our store.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the products are not in good condition, have been used or altered in any way, or if the original tags are missing.

Note: All shipping costs for the exchange will be the customer's responsibility, as well as any price difference on the new product. If the price difference is in your favor, you will receive a store credit.

We're sorry, but items purchased outside the U.S. are not eligible for returns or exchanges. International orders are final sale.
