1. What does it mean when a product is on PRE-ORDER?

The PRE-ORDER option we offer at camilacanabal.com allows you to be among the first to purchase new items and secure your product before it sells out.

When a product is marked as PRE-ORDER, it means it is already in production in our workshop in Italy (or in the corresponding country of manufacture in the case of our accessories and/or pajamas line) but is not yet available for immediate shipping.

2. How long will it take to receive my order if I purchased a PRE-ORDER product?

In the product description, you will find a note indicating the approximate delivery time for your product.

Generally, we open the PRE-ORDER when there are approximately 4 to 10 weeks remaining before the product is available. However, due to factors beyond our control, this timeframe is approximate and may vary slightly during the production and shipping process.

3. What happens if I order items that are both in stock and pre-ordered?

In this case, please note that by default, we will wait until all items in your order are in stock to ship them together so you don't pay extra shipping fees.

However, a store representative will contact you at the phone number provided to confirm whether you would like to wait for the pre-order items or if you prefer to receive the in-stock items first.
