Purchase Process
ORDER RECEIVED
Once your order is complete, you will receive an email indicating that the order is on hold until we confirm receipt of payment. Your purchase details and order number will be included.
ORDER PROCESSING
As soon as your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email stating that your order is being processed for shipment.
ORDER SHIPPED
You will receive an email once your order has been shipped to your delivery address.
SHIPPING METHOD
- We use various courier companies to ship worldwide.
- Delivery times begin 2-3 business days after the order is placed, depending on availability and credit verification with your preferred shipping method.
- We are not responsible for delivery delays, lost packages by shipping companies, or any other issues once your order has been shipped. If you experience any problems after your package has been shipped, you must file a claim directly with the delivery company you selected during the checkout process.
- If the order is returned by the shipping company due to delivery issues, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

- Depending on the customs laws of the country where you will receive the package, additional taxes may apply to the shipping cost, except for shipments made with Liberty Express. We recommend checking the applicable customs laws in your country with your preferred international shipping company.
