1. What does it mean when a product is listed as PRE-SALE?

PRE-SALE is a purchase option offered by camilacanabal.com that allows you to be among the first to acquire new items and secure your product before it sells out. When a product is labeled PRE-SALE, it means that it is already in production at our workshop in Italy but is not yet available for immediate shipping.

2. How long will it take to receive my order if I purchased a product that is PRE-SALE?

In the product description, you will find a note that says approximately how long your product will be available. Generally, we open PRE-SALE when there are about 4 to 8 weeks left to receive the product. However, for reasons beyond our control, this time frame is approximate and may vary slightly during the production and shipping process.

3. What happens if I purchase products that are available and products that are PRE-SALE in one order?

In this case, please note that by default we will wait until all the products in your order are available to make a single shipment so that you do not pay extra shipping costs. However, a store representative will contact you at the phone number provided to confirm whether you want to wait for the PRE-SALE products or prefer to receive the available products first.

If you wish to return your purchase, please note that you have 30 days to do so. Please email us at contacto@camilacanabal.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. We will then send you an email with further instructions.

You can receive a refund or store credit to use at your convenience.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in perfect condition. All items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached and in perfect condition.

We will notify you by email when we receive your returned package and can process your return, either by refunding your money or issuing store credit.

NOTE: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the products are not in good condition, have been used or altered in any way, or if the original tags are missing.

Underwear and all items in our "Lingerie" and/or Swimwear sections are not eligible for exchange or return.

EXCHANGES:

If you would like to exchange your product for a different size or style, we are happy to assist you, and you have 30 days to do so.

Please send an email to contacto@camilacanabal.com. Include your order number and the reason for the exchange. We will send you an email with instructions.

Items purchased outside the U.S. are not eligible for returns or exchanges. International orders are final sale.

For the United States, we offer free shipping on orders over $150. Please note that you will receive your order within 5 to 8 business days. If you need it sooner, you can select any of the options available at checkout and confirm the cost of each one.

For shipments outside the United States, when you enter the destination address at checkout, you will see the options available for your country and their respective prices.

Please note that we have an agreement with the shipping agency Liberty Express to offer you a special rate for some countries such as Venezuela, Panama, Colombia, Spain, Italy, and Portugal, among others. The rate will vary between $25 and $60 depending on the country and the weight of your order, and you can verify it at checkout.

NOTE: Approximate delivery time for international shipments ranges from approximately 2 to 4 weeks.

Orders are shipped as soon as they are processed in our store. All shipments originate from our office located in Key Biscayne, Florida, USA. Delivery time depends on the carrier, the shipping method chosen at checkout, and the destination address.
