1. What does it mean when a product is listed as PRE-SALE?

PRE-SALE is a purchase option offered by camilacanabal.com that allows you to be among the first to acquire new items and secure your product before it sells out. When a product is labeled PRE-SALE, it means that it is already in production at our workshop in Italy but is not yet available for immediate shipping.

2. How long will it take to receive my order if I purchased a product that is PRE-SALE?

In the product description, you will find a note that says approximately how long your product will be available. Generally, we open PRE-SALE when there are about 4 to 8 weeks left to receive the product. However, for reasons beyond our control, this time frame is approximate and may vary slightly during the production and shipping process.

3. What happens if I purchase products that are available and products that are PRE-SALE in one order?

In this case, please note that by default we will wait until all the products in your order are available to make a single shipment so that you do not pay extra shipping costs. However, a store representative will contact you at the phone number provided to confirm whether you want to wait for the PRE-SALE products or prefer to receive the available products first.

If you wish to return your purchase, please note that you have 30 days to do so. Please email us at contacto@camilacanabal.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. We will then send you an email with further instructions.

You can receive a refund or store credit to use at your convenience.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in perfect condition. All items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached and in perfect condition.

We will notify you by email when we receive your returned package and can process your return, either by refunding your money or issuing store credit.

NOTE: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the products are not in good condition, have been used or altered in any way, or if the original tags are missing.

Underwear and all items in our "Lingerie" and/or Swimwear sections are not eligible for exchange or return.

EXCHANGES:

If you would like to exchange your product for a different size or style, we are happy to assist you, and you have 30 days to do so.

Please send an email to contacto@camilacanabal.com. Include your order number and the reason for the exchange. We will send you an email with instructions.

NOTE: All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, as well as any price difference on the new product. If the price difference is in your favor, you will receive store credit.

Items purchased outside the U.S. are not eligible for returns or exchanges. International orders are final sale.

We offer free shipping to the United States. Please note that you will receive your order within 5 to 8 business days. If you need it sooner, you can request any of the available expedited shipping options at checkout, where you can also view the cost of each option.

For shipments outside the US, you can also view the available shipping options and their respective prices at checkout after entering the destination address.

Please note that we have an agreement with Liberty Express to offer a special rate of $20 per shipment to the following countries: Venezuela, Panama, Dominican Republic, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Peru, Uruguay, Spain, Italy, and Portugal. You can also verify this at checkout.

NOTE: Approximate delivery time is 2 to 4 weeks.

Orders are shipped as soon as they are processed in our store. All shipments originate from our office located in Key Biscayne, Florida, USA. Delivery time depends on the carrier, the shipping method chosen at checkout, and the destination address.

You will be notified of your order status via email within the next two business days.

- We use various courier companies for worldwide shipping.
- Delivery times begin 2-3 business days after the order is placed, depending on availability and credit verification using your preferred shipping method.
- We are not responsible for delivery delays, lost packages by shipping companies, or any other issues once your order has been shipped. If you experience any problems after your package has been shipped, you must file a claim directly with your selected delivery company during your purchase process.
- If the order is returned by the shipping company due to undeliverable items, you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
